When creating a blog or website, it is necessary to verify it by the WEBMASTER tools by Google or other search engines. There are different ways to verify your blog/site with Google webmaster Tools but here i am going to show you how to verify your blog/site with the “META TAGS” in webmaster tools.
Login to your Google Webmaster Tools at http://webmaster.google.com
Click On "Add A Site" button at the top-right side on the homepage.
Enter your blog's URL (e.g. http://tutorialspark.blogspot.com) and click the "Continue" button to go to the Manage Verification page.
In verification method, select the "Meta Tag" option and copy the META TAG given in the box.
Login to Your Blogger Dashboard.
Go To Template > Edit HTML.
Paste the Meta tag (copied in step 5) instantly after the <head> tag and click on "Save Template".
On the Manage Verification page, click the "Verify" button to confirm the verification method.
And you are all done.
